This Module gives clients the ability to implement their workflow requirements by automating internal business procedures throughout the system. There are two key types of workflow:
- Business Procedures. This is an interactive process in which employees are moved automatically through the steps required to complete a business procedure, for example a new hire procedure.
- Triggered Actions. This is an action that occurs within the system, for example, a new hire triggers an automatic email to the security administrator.
Overall, Workflow features allow clients to streamline their business processes, improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their organizations.
