Regional Sales Executive
High Line is searching for experienced Sales professionals, preferably with experience in the HCM/HRMS/Payroll and/or Workforce Management software industry.
Reporting to the VP Sales, you will be responsible for outside sales (primarily) as well as inside sales for an exclusive territory that spans the U.S. and Canada. This position is open to candidates who live in the U.S. or Canada; travel to High Line’s corporate offices for initial and ongoing training will be required.
The successful candidate for this role will receive training on the product, as well as sales support to assist with demonstrations and proposals/responses.
No cold calling is required; sales are relationship-based, from trade shows, company website and industry lead generation tools.
- 3+ years sales experience with proven track record; HRIS/HCM/Payroll/Workforce Management industry experience preferred
- Consultative approach to sales and service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to manage your own time
- Ability to travel – during non-work hours, and on short notice when required
