Benefits Open Enrolment
The Benefit Open Enrolment module is a self-service extension of the Benefits Administration module, allowing your employees to become involved on-line in the benefit selection process. This will save you time and money.
- Define Plans affected by Open Enrollment and Life/Work Events
- Automate creation of events – based on employee request and open enrollment periods
- Allow employees to upload documentation, and ensure required docs are provided
- Define Dependent and Beneficiary rules by type of plan/coverage
